Biography
As an attorney at law at KPMG Law, I am part of the practice groups M&A/Corporate and capital markets. The focus of my work lies in the legal advice in connection with M&A transactions and restructurings, as well as general corporate and capital markets law advice. Prior to joining KPMG Law, I worked for renowned international law firms and completed my judicial year. I completed my studies in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Together with my colleagues from the tax, audit and advisory departments, I work on the creation of integrated solutions with added value for our clients.
