I am working as partner for KPMG Law in Vienna in the area of Corporate/M&A and advise national and international companies in connection with M&A transactions, (cross-border) restructurings as well as on general questions of corporate and business law. Before joining KPMG Law, I worked for renowned law firms in Vienna.
