Biography
As an associate in the area of labor law and immigration, I advise national and international employers and employees on all aspects of collective and individual labor law as well as in the area of cross-border personnel deployment. My focus is on the joint development of practical solutions, in particular with regard to company agreements and contract drafting issues.
Before joining KPMG Law, I worked for a renowned employment law firm located in Vienna for more than two years.
Main areas of focus
- Advice on all aspects of individual and collective employment law
- Drafting, adapting, and optimizing employment law contracts, agreements and guideline
- Legal advice on and implementation of international personnel deployment (cross-border short-term employment as well as employment of foreigners and residence law)
