Biography
I am an associate in the banking & finance practice group and have been with KPMG Law since 2022. My main area of practice includes all aspects of banking-, finance- and insurance law. I regularly advice on regulatory law, especially regarding investment funds, banks and insurance companies. Additionally, I advise regularly on financing matters, especially regarding renewable energy projects. I also represent clients in front of courts and authorities as part of KPMG Law’s litigation practice group.
I am author and co-author of peer-reviewed articles relating to various (civil law and regulatory) legal questions in the finance sector. Additionally, I regularly act as a speaker on legal issues in the finance sector (such as for the IDD-training of insurance companies or for the Imh Institute).
I am currently a PhD student at the University of Vienna, researching insurance regulatory law.
Prior to joining the firm, I worked at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and completed various internships in well regarded law firms in Vienna and Warsaw, Poland.
