Biography
I am the head of the public legal sector at KPMG Law in Vienna. My main practice areas are advising national and international clients on public procurement law, state aid law, transport law and public commercial law. This mainly includes advising contractors and bidders on public tenders and representing them in public procurement review procedures. In public commercial law, my focus is on advising on plant law (trade law, construction law) and environmental law (contaminated sites, product law, EIA law). In recent years, I have also regularly dealt with regulatory issues in the fields of health care, energy and postal law. In addition, I advise on all questions of real estate law and represent clients in legal disputes before courts (civil and administrative courts). I am a regular lecturer and author of various publications and books focusing on public procurement law.
