Biography

As a lawyer in the corporate practice of KPMG Law, my main areas of expertise are corporate and foundation law.
Within corporate law, I specialize in advising clients on national and cross-border reorganizations and restructurings.
Within the scope of my second focus, I assist clients in particular in the development and implementation of concepts of corporate and asset succession and advise on issues of foundation law.

Thanks to my many years of experience in advising clients at the interface of corporate and tax law and the close cooperation with the tax and advisory departments, I can offer our clients a holistic and efficient advisory approach.
