Biography
I work as an attorney in the area of labor law/immigration at KPMG Law. I have several years of experience in the field of employment law and advise national and international clients in all areas of Austrian employment law as well as in the field of immigration (cross-border assignment of employees, employment law for foreigners, residence law).
Main areas of focus
- Consultations in all areas of individual and collective labor law
- Drafting/optimization of labor law agreements and guidelines
- Transaction-related labor law
- International personnel deployment (cross-border posting and transfer of employees from and to foreign countries, right of residence and employment of foreigners)
